1. General Definitions and Explanations

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services connected to the bdt online gaming and sports betting platform (hereinafter referred to as "bdt", "Platform", or "Site"). The terms used in the conditions below have the following meanings:

• "User" or "You" — any person who has registered on the bdt platform or is using the services.
• "Account" — the user's registered profile through which all transactions and gaming activities are managed.
• "Services" — all gaming activities available on bdt, including slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and others.
• "Bonus" — promotional credits offered by bdt, each with its own specific terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on bdt and use its services, you must be at least 21 years of age. You may not register if you are not legally permitted to use this platform. We may request identity documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. It is strictly prohibited to attempt to open multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or multiple members of the same family, to create multiple profiles using the same mobile number or payment method, or to open duplicate accounts for the purpose of abusing bonus offers. Violating this rule will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and the balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. If an account is opened with incorrect or false information, bdt may block transactions or close the account without verification.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Currently accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals on bdt are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions through any method other than these three are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Your account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request. Winnings earned from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the related wagering requirements have been met. bdt reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transaction for review.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the security of their payment method. If funds are sent to a wrong number, a third-party account is used, or fraudulent transactions are made, bdt may forfeit the related balance and close the account.

4. Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members at bdt receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement becomes ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

4.2 Other Promotions

bdt offers various promotions including weekly deposit events, slot bonus offers, cricket specials, and rewards on special occasions. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements, minimum deposit, and eligibility rules, which are stated in the description of each offer.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus arbitrage, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to gain promotional benefits through any dishonest means will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonuses and winnings. Such activity is monitored by bdt and, if proven, the account may be permanently closed.

5. Gaming Policy and Code of Conduct

5.1 Fair Play Terms

All games on the bdt platform are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and results are completely impartial. The use of any bots, automated software, hacking tools, or manipulation techniques is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a server error, disconnection, or any technical issue, the result of that round may be voided and the wagered amount will be returned to the user's balance. bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed by taking advantage of clearly erroneous odds or payouts.

5.3 Responsible Gaming

6. VIP Membership and Cashback

bdt has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for that week. Advancement to a higher level depends on gaming activity and is determined by bdt administration.

Cashback example: if a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140. Cashback is added directly to the account balance and its own wagering requirements may apply.

7. Account Security and Protection

7.1 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Use a strong password and change it regularly to prevent unauthorised access to your account. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. bdt is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access.

7.2 OTP Verification

bdt uses OTP-based mobile verification to ensure security. Never share any OTP code with anyone — bdt staff will never ask for an OTP by phone or chat. If someone asks for your OTP, treat it as a phishing attempt.

7.3 Privacy of Personal Information

Details of how your personal information is collected, stored, and used are set out in our Privacy Policy. bdt never sells your information to third parties.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or circulating funds from illegal sources.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or placing bets with their funds.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Attempting to access the platform's software to steal or alter data.
• Allowing minors to participate in gaming activities.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.

If such activity is detected, bdt reserves the right to close the relevant account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

9. Mobile App Terms of Use

bdt's Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. The same terms and conditions apply to use of these apps. Installing APK or app files obtained from third-party sources may create security risks — bdt is not responsible for this. Contact live chat for any app-related support.

10. Customer Support and Complaints

bdt's customer support team provides assistance in both Bangla and English, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You can get in touch via live chat or email.

If you have a complaint, first contact us through live chat. If the complaint is not resolved, write to us in detail by email. bdt will review the complaint and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. bdt's decision will be considered final.

11. Limitation of Liability

bdt is an entertainment gaming platform. Participating in games is your voluntary decision and you are aware that there is a possibility of losing money in gaming. bdt's liability for losses caused by technical errors, connection interruptions, or third parties is limited. bdt will not be liable for any indirect or incidental loss claims.

12. Changes to Terms

bdt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new terms have been accepted. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered mobile number or to the account inbox.

13. Applicable Law
